TECHNICAL & PACKING

Every type of tile has a purpose in life.

Every tile format has a different need. And is used with a different expectations.

CERAMIC BODY

Ceramic tiles have on average 15% water absorption which facilitates great bonding with mortar/adhesive.

These tiles have more clay than minerals, hence are lightweight, making them suitable for vertical laying on walls.

Ceramic tiles are glazed on the surface and digitally printed to make them aesthetically appealing.

VITREOUS BODY

Vitreous/ Vitrified or Fully Porcelain body tiles absorb practically no water, i.e. less than 0.5% which makes them more durable for floor applications.

They have more mineral contents than clay, hence are relatively heavy, making them ideal to handle all routine wear and tear on the floor areas.

In contemporary architecture they are also used in wall applications – larger sizes are used for wall cladding and exterior applications.

They are available in three variants Full Body Tiles, Double Charge Technology, and Glazed Vitrified Tiles with multicolor digital printing.
